“Pioneering Energy Transition!” Sascha Müller is a serial entrepreneur and pioneer of smart solutions for building energy efficiency. As an experienced banker and investment manager, he is now applying his extensive know-how in the areas of big data, IoT and AI within PAUL Tech AG and is revolutionizing the technology transition in the real estate industry with the company as a pioneer. His goal with PAUL Tech: to become the largest digital energy platform - and thus lead the entire real estate industry into a successful and, above all, sustainable future.
Oliver Schwager, PAUL COO and Executive Board Member
With over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, Oliver Schwager brings extensive expertise in both information technology and operational business processes in the areas of procurement, production and service delivery. In his role as Managing Director at BCG Platinion, a subsidiary of the Boston Consulting Group, he led global transformation projects encompassing both IT architecture and business strategy initiatives and was instrumental in increasing efficiency, reducing costs and improving the competitiveness of client companies.
Thomas Körfer, PAUL CTO and Executive Board Member
With over 15 years of experience in digital transformation and data-driven IT strategies, Thomas Körfer brings an impressive combination of technological know-how and leadership skills to PAUL Tech's executive team. As Managing Director at BCG Platinion, he led international organizations, developed innovative solutions for the energy and housing industries and implemented IT projects in areas such as energy trading and data-driven architectures. Since February 2025, he has been responsible for Think Tank, Data Science & AI, UX, IoT and Framework Development as well as DevOps at PAUL Tech.
Patrick Weiden, PAUL CFO and Executive Board Member
Patrick Weiden is an experienced financial expert and has been the new CEO and CFO of PAUL Tech AG since March 2025. Patrick Weiden has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, financing, investor relations and M&A. Most recently, he was a member of the Management Board of an SDAX company. With his extensive expertise in investment banking, financing and investor relations, he strengthens the financial transformation of PAUL Tech - for a sustainable and successful future of the real estate industry.

Dr. Martin Schindewolf, PAUL Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Hanns Martin Schindewolf, who holds a doctorate in business administration, was a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and global CEO of Daimler AG's insurance activities. He was previously appointed to the Management Board of AXA Versicherung AG for the property insurance business. With over 15 years of international management experience in advisory, administrative and supervisory boards, he worked for Roland Rechtsschutz Versicherungs AG, among others. For over 7 years he has concentrated on the management of advisory and supervisory boards in medium-sized companies and is active as an entrepreneur.
