Mannheim, 18 December 2023 – PAUL Tech AG as issuer of the bonds 7% 20/25 (ISIN: DE000A3H2TU8 / WKN: A3H2TU; „Bonds„) informs about the fact that it has resolved to repurchase Bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of up to EUR 1 million. The repurchase of Bonds by PAUL Tech AG will be conducted over the exchange subject to available liquidity in the period until 30 June 2024.

The currently outstanding aggregate principal amount of the Bonds amounts to EUR 35 million.
